Terms:
Our terms are net 30 days to an account with established credit. Credit is available to qualified customers providing three credit references and the name of their local bank. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
Prices:
Due to market fluctuations, prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices will be confirmed at time of order.
Minimum Order:
There are no minimum order requirements.
Shipping:
All items, with the exception of factory drop shipments, ship FOB from our warehouse via the carrier of our choice. All shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Confirming purchase orders are not necessary. If you must mail them, please clearly mark them as confirming in order to avoid duplication.
Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call, fax or write our Customer Service Department for Return Authorization and shipping instructions. We do not charge restocking fees on stock items. Return of non-stock, custom and made-to-order products are subject to the prior approval of and the return goods policy of the manufacturer. All returned products must be in resalable condition and are subject to inspection prior to issuance of credit.

Buyer should inspect all orders/ items for shipping damage or shortage. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify Shannon Safety immediately.
